Admissions at Orion University
At Orion University, we welcome bright minds from all backgrounds. Our admissions process is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and supportive — guiding you every step of the way toward joining our vibrant academic community.

Your journey at Orion University begins online — and continues on campus. We’ve made applying easy with our digital-first admissions process, while ensuring you still enjoy the full Orion campus experience once you’re enrolled.
Step 1
Apply Online
- Complete the online Application Form via the Admissions Portal.
- Upload scanned copies of:
- Senior High School Report Card (Form 138)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Recent 2x2 ID photo
- Pay the application fee through GCash, bank transfer, or card.
Step 2
Entrance Assessments
- Schedule and take the Orion Online Entrance Exam (sent to your email).
- Some programs (like Nursing, Accountancy, Engineering) may require a short on-campus validation interview.
- Results are released via the portal within 5–7 working days.
Step 3
Admission Decision
- Receive a Notice of Admission via email and the portal.
- Secure your slot by paying the reservation fee (non-refundable, deductible from tuition).
- Get access to your student account for enrollment preparation.
Step 4
Enrollment & Orientation
- Finalize enrollment online:
- Choose courses and sections
- Pay tuition (installment plans available)
- Download your class schedule
- Attend Campus Orientation Week: meet professors, blockmates, and student organizations.
